i will endeavour and do my best to always accommodate my clients needs and requests. If there is anything you are not sure about then feel free to send me a msg and I will get back to you in 24-48 hrs. 

Here are my policy's, by booking with me you are agreeing to these policy's.

patch testing

All eye and brow treatments requires a patch test at least 48hrs before your treatment. And although you may have a negative test (no reaction) this does not  guarantee that there will be no reaction but, a reaction could occur anytime. Nails by Ginny will not be held responsible. Should you have an adverse reaction, medical attention should be sought.

No shows

if you fail to turn up for your appointment or cancel within 24hrs of your appointment you will be charged for that appointment of the value for the treatment booked before further treatments can be booked.

Cancellations

Please note that 24hrs notice is required for all cancellations.

please note no shows and late cancellations are crippling to a sole trader like myself, if you don't show, I dont get paid. It's that simple. I can't fill your slot with a few hours notice. You can manage your account online and pay for your appointment online with the card payment 😉. Please pay for your appointment if you miss it or cannot make it for any personal reason. 

Late Arrivals

Unfortuantly, if you are more than 10minutes late, I will not be able to carry out your service and you will be classed as a no show. This will be a No Show appointment and be required to pay for the missed appointment.

Broken Nail/Refunds

Refunds are not given. However, should you break a nail within 72hrs, I will fix it for free.

flexibility

I will always do my best to be flexible, if you have a wedding or holiday and require an emergency appointment then please do try to contact me. If I can, I will help.

change of mind policy

 If you change your mind with less than 24 hours notice of the treatment you you have booked. You will still be charged. 
example.- you have booked acrylic nails £27.50 and decide to have gel polish £20.00. You will still be charged £27.50 unless you have changed the booking. Or if you have booked nails and a brow wax and decide you no longer want the brow wax but have not cancelled it, you will still be charged if you have not cancelled it and have still booked out my time for it.

Age Restriction

Please do not book in any one under 14 years old. For insurance reasons no eye treatments or nail enhancmeants can be done on anyone under 14 years old. Even with parental consent.
